The creators of this site came up with the idea by wanting to give prayer on a massive scale. As we all know you can ask your friends and family to pray for you and some just might.
The idea behind PrayingCommunity.com is that everyone who shares their prayers will also return in good faith to pray for others that have been so generious to pray for them.
We want to give people the oppurtunity to be prayed for on a massive scale. In no way are we saying that a stand alone prayer wont be answered but the idea of others praying for you is a comfort all in its own.
PrayingCommunity.com is also here for the people who aren't into the church scene and would like to be prayed for and above that we have given those people the ability to reach out to a pastor in our "Ask a Pastor" page. Also those people who are lost and haven't had the opportunity to seek God, we are joining forces with churches around the nation in gaining their information on our site under the "find a church" page. Having this information availible to people who need it is an amazing feature.
Giving people the tools to seek God and his glory is what PraingCommunity.com is all about. We are not a dinomination but a community of belivers in God here to help one another through good times and bad time through Christ.
